しばらく連絡をとっていなかった留学時代のホストファミリーへのメール、どのような英語表現で謝ればいいですか？イギリス留学時代のホストファミリーへ連絡をしなかったことを詫びたいと思っています。向こうからは連絡が来ていたのですが、返信しようしようと思いながらも先延ばしになり、ついには、メールを返す事さえ恥ずかしくなってしまうような歳月が経ってしまいました。率直に、このことを伝えたいのですが、上手な英語表現が見つかりません。ご指導していただければありがたいです！

来週、英国から親戚の娘（ブロンド）が留学の為ホームステイに来ます。1コ下で学校は別々になります。日本語は少しだけ話せるそうですが この際キチンとした日本語を教えようと思います。ついでに あっちも教えます（そりゃあ勿論!!）I…あちきYou…お前Mr.…しゃちょサンboy…小僧girl…小娘school…ブタ箱など名詞でも動詞でもいいです。素敵な和訳あったら伝授プリーズ。因みに姉（ブルネット）の方は過去に診察済みです(笑)文化交流を真剣にお考えの方はスルーでお願いしますm(_ _)m
